Ergonomics & Anthropometry

Ergonomics is the study of how people relate to products and environment so that products can be designed to  be safe and comfortable for use.
Poorly designed products may lead to frustration or physical injury such as repetitive strain injury (RSI).
Anthropometry is concerned with the size and proportions of the human body. It includes measurements of height, weight, hand size, maximum reach in various positions, and so on.

This video explains how you can prevent repetitive strain injury (RSI)
